Liked your comments on recruiters. I've never found a job through a headhunter, but I have had some interviews.

I've noticed that I have to do all of the follow up unless they can schedule an interview for me. Then they want to reach me immediately. When the company they send me to likes me, the recruiter acts like my best friend. I can tell when I'm not going for a second interview. They stop returning my phone calls.

If anyone knows of a really good recruiter, respond here. Maybe we can start a list.
