I like your ideas for handling a bad results year. This happens at some point to everyone in sales. Sometimes it's the fault of a rep for not working hard enough, but many times it's just circumstances. As a Sales Director, I don't hold one bad year against anyone. I look for patterns, and as long as there are good results to counter an off year, I'm likely to overlook it. I found a great person through your site for my team. Keep up the good work!
