A good sales job description is essential to making a successful hiring decision. While we offer over 50 position descriptions in our Pre-Employment Selection Portfolio, we are going to concentrate on sales job descriptions here.

Our tailored profiles have been designed by the HR Chally Group, and are based on 28 years of research and assessment work with validated study samples of top and bottom performers in each category. When the top and bottom performers are analyzed, we find that they perform across many variables with little differentiation. However, in each role, there are typically 5-6 characteristics that top performers exhibit, that bottom performers don't have. We focus attention on these variables.

Standard Position Profiles - $500

Our Standard Profiles are appropriate for clients who have created a new position in their organization or for those who have too few incumbents to develop a custom profile.

Custom Position Profiles (including validation)- $6,000

A Custom Profile is a position description that is created specifically for your organization. This Profile, which is statistically validated and EEOC compliant, will also provide you with the predictive skills that are needed for individuals to be successful in this particular role in your organization. Of critical importance in a Custom Profile is our research to determine differences between your top performers and your bottom performers, allowing us to not only screen-in success but perhaps more importantly, to screen-out failure.
