I appreciate your helpful suggestions. In my old job, our bonuses were a management fiction, so compensation was your base salary. I need to check on the situation here, but I think they've paid bonuses in the past. I'll let you know how this goes. I will see if I can get part of the bonus guaranteed. If they are paying bonuses, they should be willing to do this for me. Thanks again for the quick response and your insight.
