I have never thought about my own company searching through resumes. I know that they would fire anyone with a resume posted on line.

The other thing I see that happens a lot is contacts from recruiters who have jobs I'm not interested in. From the calls I get, it seems like only recruiters use these resume boards.

I like the idea of keeping my contact information private. This system sounds pretty good. I'm going to post my resume here later on today.
