Interview Thank You Letter

I met with 5 different people at this company this morning. I talked to human resources, and then met with a couple of people in sales and then somebody in operations. Do I need to write to all of them or can I just send a letter to the person who will be my boss?

To do it right, you need to send a personalized thank you note to everyone you met with. If you do these notes today, they can be brief.

It's important to send different letters because sometimes they will be shared among the interview team.
